Pete Flynn Announced as Expert Panelist at 2025 ESSA Innovation & Practice Forum

We’re thrilled to share that our very own Pete Flynn has been selected to speak at the 2025 ESSA Innovation & Practice Forum in Hobart this May.

Pete will be contributing to two expert panels at the national event:

Drawing on his experience founding, scaling, and eventually selling Physio Fit Adelaide, a thriving clinic of 25+ team members across two locations, Pete brings real world insights and lessons learned from the trenches. He’s lived the journey of moving from clinician to CEO, and now supports clinic owners around Australia through his role as a business consultant here at Clinic Mastery.

In the ‘What Keeps You Up at Night?’ session, Pete will open up about one of the most difficult transitions clinic owners face - stepping away from clinical work to lead the business.

In the ‘Cracking the Code’ panel, Pete will demystify digital marketing for clinic owners. With the launch of our in-house Google & Meta Ads service in 2024, Pete and the team have helped over 30 clinics across Australia, including Exercise Physiology businesses, grow their client base with proven, ROI positive campaigns.

This session will focus on what works (and what doesn’t) in allied health marketing right now, plus the key questions every clinic owner needs to ask before outsourcing.
