It is very valuable to have a team that can carry on the business operations in your clinic without it having to rely on the business owner.
By definition, a system gives us a structure of methods on carrying out tasks through different and distinct but connected procedures.
In your clinic, you don’t just randomly do tasks, you have to systemize your business processes.
